The Lamp represents knowledge that aquired through education. The Temple tower with the two elephants represent the culture with spiritual guidance. Lotus is the symbol of purity and the supreme state of mind attained through spirituality. The mountains represent symbolically the place where the institution is situated. The inscription in Tamil means the more one study the more wiser one becomes.
